Updated ‘How to Rent’ Guide

🚨Important update for landlords!🚨
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DHLUC) has this week updated the ‘How to Rent’ guide, which is one of the prescribed documents that agents need to issue pre-tenancy and on renewal in England.
The new version includes two minor amendments, on pages 15 and 17, regarding the Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS). The update provides a better explanation of the service and signposts individuals to where they can find more information.
