Mike Reid FRICS
Comparisons are difficult to prove, but it is unlikely that there is any other Chartered Surveyor practicing in Eastbourne with more experience of agency and professional matters whether relating to residential, commercial or development property. Specialisations also include formal valuation, rent review and lease renewals.
Mike is a Past President of the Chamber of Commerce and heavily involved in many civic projects in the area.
Lynda Dean MNAEA
Reid+Dean is a name synonymous with the tourism industry in Eastbourne and Lynda is a leading agent dealing with the sale of hotels and related businesses. She is also a specialist advisor on new homes developments. Lynda also runs the property lettings and management side of the business. Managing a modern estate agency is no mean feat with the rules, regulations and associated technology changing at an increasing pace and through Lynda’s efforts the partnership is at the forefront in compliance with such matters.
Paul Wilton ANAEA
If there is one person who consistently wins top points in our customer satisfaction feedback it is Paul. His forte is in residential estate agency where he is renowned for his dogged determination to see a sale through and for all the help and guidance in doing that. It is not unknown for him to even help people move and settle into their new home.
Paul is also keen to expand his horizons and since being with the partnership has spread his interests into commercial agency where he deals with shops, offices, guest houses and industrial.
Helen Dunn
Adding to the diversity in the business is Helen, who is an expert on Sovereign Harbour, knowing just about every nook and cranny of the place. She also enjoys dealing with developers and being prominent in the New Homes area of our business. When she is not selling property then Helen has developed a taste for letting and managing residential property and can advise on all aspects in that sector.
Kevin Horne MLIA Dip CeMap
Its all very well finding buyers for a property, but in these difficult times it is crucial to make sure that anyone looking to move can fund their purchase. Kevin does not work for Reid+Dean directly, but Marquis Financial, a major brokerage under the Open World banner. This means that Kevin is not restricted to a sole lender or even a selection of lenders and products. He has access to the whole mortgage market and has the greatest range of mortgages to offer at his fingertips.
Jennah Perry
Every business needs its anchor and we are fortunate in having such a helpful, knowledgeable and dependable person as Jennah. Jennah’s function is to make sure the day to day side of the business runs smoothly and to help with the marketing of property and management of viewings.
Reid+Dean has become well known in the marketing and sale of Mobility Friendly Homes, and it is Jennah who looks after that area too.
Sharon Buckley
Coming from a background of public facing experience Sharon also fits the Reid+Dean criteria very well. She too helps run the ship, making sure everything is done on time and up to date. Ours is a busy office and our schedules are usually full so we turn to Sharon to keep us on track – and when we are all out she has the added challenge of balancing visitors, email, appointments and phone calls – and all with a ready smile.
